Picnic and Themed Party Menu
Let Flying Horse Catering provide food and drink for your upcoming get together. Grilled selections require a minimum of 30 guests. Non-grilled meals require 15 guests. These prices include a decorated buffet presentation, plates, silverware, napkins, and grills.  Serving personnel are available at the rate of $21.00 per hour, per server.  Also, we can suggest some great locations to host an outdoor Colorado event. Sales tax of 7.5% and a service charge of 18% are additional. Special pricing may be available for groups with over 200 guests. We can do much more than this, just ask!
 
 

All-American Cookout $13.00 per guest
Your choice of two of the following: 1/3 pound beef hamburgers, chicken burgers, all-beef hot dogs or bratwurst. Served with ranch style beans, choice of two salads, appropriate condiments (including tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and red onions) and cookies and brownies. All grilled on site.

  • Additional Meals for additional $1 per guest per meat
  • Add our famous green chili for an additional $1 per guest
  • With upgrade condiment bar including sauteed mushrooms, guacamole, bacon, etc.

Colorado Rancher's Feast $21.00 per guest
Hand cut New York strip steaks and chicken breast grilled on site with ranch style beans, fresh rolls or cornbread, two salads and fruit pies.

Fajita Fiesta $16.00 per guest
Marinated and grilled beef and chicken served with beans, rice, roasted peppers and onions, chips, salsa and condiments including guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, etc. Served with apple burritos topped with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Barbecue Shredded Beef, Chicken or Pork $15.00 per guest
Choose two of the above meats. Choose three for an additional $1 per guest. Shredded beef, pork, or chicken lightly coated with our special BBQ sauce and served with ranch style beans. Choice of two sides, sliced tomato, red onion, sliced cheese, lettuce, corn dusted buns and fresh baked cookies and brownies.

Mexican Grill with Chili Verde $22.00 per guest
New York steak and chicken breast grilled to perfection, served with black beans, Mexican rice, roasted corn pepper salad, our famous green chili, chips, etc. Served with apple burritos topped with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Hawaiian Pork Luau $18.00 per guest
Roasted, marinated pork loin with tropical fruit chutney, pineapple rice, steamed vegetable medley and spinach, red onion, toasted walnut, mandarin orange salad, etc.

Custom Pasta Bar (Minimum Pasta Bar) $19.00 per guest
Includes two types of pasta, chopped chicken, sausage and ground beef, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, marinara and alfredo sauces, chopped broccolli, pine nuts, etc. Assorted cakes for dessert.

Rib and Chicken Feast $17.50 per guest
Baby back pork ribs and chicken hindquarters grilled on site. Choice of two salads, ranch style beans, etc.

Burrito Bar $14.00 per guest
Shredded chicken and beef with Mexican rice and refried beans, our famous garden chili and vegetarian salsa, tri-colored with salsa, served with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc.

Grilled Top Sirloin and Marinated Chicken $18.00 per guest
Beef top sirloin and skinless Italian marinated chicken breast grilled on site with French style beans, choice of two salads, rolls with butter and assorted dessert bars.
